The Russian Athletic Club is a private nonprofit organization created by
a devoted fan who wanted to :
- promote and develop female athletic
competition in his area
- prove his beloved wife Tais - a universal
specialist in different martial arts and jiu-jitsu - as the best female
wrestler and MMA fighter worldwide.
To this end, he invites the strongest women from different corners of Russia and elsewhere.
For a long time ChaosVideo's Russian partner had been asking him to submit one of his tournaments
for release to the public. But being extremely self-critical he kept refusing
... but our man in Russia is persuasive and he finally relented!
The tournament in question gathered :
Tais (St Petersburg - 30 years old, 170 cm 62 kg - main sports - boxing,
karate, jiu-jitsu)
Julia (remote territories of North-Western Russia - main sports - karate,
powerlifting, bodybuilding, armwrestling 29 years old, 180 cm, 90 kg )
We thought such women happened only in Wagner's operas and Stanton's
cartoons :-)))
Alessya (Belorussia - main sports 26 years old 173 cm, 64 kg) ( main sports -
freestyle wrestling, armwrestling)
Each of these strong women was determined to win but in this round-robin
tournamnet there could be only one clear winner.
In fact, there were really two tournaments - armwrestling and
submission wrestling (traditional rules).
