You may be wondering why we have changed processors and we feel you should know why... It is NOT because of Chaos, our business practices or chargeback ratios. Chaos takes pride in our honesty and fair business dealings and this is reflected in an extremely low chargeback ratio. So you'd think this would make Chaos a valued customer of a credit card processing company wouldn't you?

Apparently not. For some time now there has been a trend based in the United States to make it harder and harder for internet businesses in the 'Adult Field' to maintain credit card billing access. At the same time, pointless and ineffectual yet burdensome laws like USC 2257 are coming in. Why is this? More to the point WHO IS BEHIND THIS? Hmmm... the religious right would be a good guess. Although there are other groups with influence who also wish to curtail your rights as well and think everyone should only think what they think. The point is, by squeezing a segment of the market out of business, they are infringing on YOUR rights and YOUR freedoms.

If you are a responsible adult and wish to stop this erosion of your freedom of choice of what to see and what to buy on the internet, we urge you to contact your elected representives in Washington and complain. The forces opposed to your rights as an adult count on the fact that nobody will want to complain their access to 'pornography' is being denied. But this is only the first step... what will be next? You may order by post. Simply send us a note with your address, order details and don’t forget to add $5 for shipping. We suggest you use a money order available from your bank, post office or Western Union agent. International Money Orders are safe and don’t have to clear like a personal check. Please make it out to "Chaos Video Enterprises" and in $US. Users of US Postal Service money orders must ensure that they request “International” money orders. There are Western Union offices worldwide. Simply go in and fill out the wire transfer form using our address information below, make it out to Chaos Video Enterprises in US $. Don’t forget to add $5 for shipping. Once you are given the confirmation details, just send us an e-mail with those details, your order, and your name and address you used in the wire transfer.
