This is a compilation video of three women’s boxing matches held at three events in Vancouver,
British Columbia. This is not foxy boxing, but rather hard-core boxing fought under standard
boxing rules. Outstanding amateur level boxing.
The first fight is a three round event featuring Cathy Boyes against Jackie Alexander. This match
was part of a larger Tough Man amateur boxing event.
The second match features a six-minute tag team boxing fight between teams of two each. To
explain: there are two women per team, but only one woman from each side in the ring at once. Normal
boxing rules apply, but if you can make it to your corner post, you can tag in your partner. There
are no rounds.
The final match and certainly the main event, features a three round match. The promoters brought
back Cathi Beban, half of the victorious Beban sisters tagteam boxing team from the video Thunder
on the Island. Cathi laces up against the very attractive Raylene Kellock in a brutal fight
featuring powerful blows.

Women's Tag Team Boxing

This video was filmed live at a toughman competition, which included it as part of it's format, the premiere of
women's tag team boxing. To explain: there are two women per team, but only one woman
from each side in the ring at once. Normal boxing rules apply, but if you can make it to your corner post, you
can tag in your partner. There are no rounds.
This video features a total of three fights, elimination style between four teams of women boxers,
including a sister team! While not totally pros, these women have all had considerable training and it shows.
These fights are very rough and the boxing is good, bordering on brawling at times.
There is blood drawn, and in fact the championship fight has to be stopped because one woman is too hurt,
cut and bloody to continue. All of the women in these fights have no hesitation about going for the head.
This is a great video featuring totally competitive fighting. Not a foxy boxer to be found around this arena!
Hope we'll be seeing more of this type of fighting, or at least more of some of the fighters in it.
